CALLING ALL 2019-2020 FRESHMAN- There will be an informational meeting for you and your parents on Tuesday, April 16th at 6:00 P.M. in the HS cafeteria. This will cover high school transition, graduation requirements, and other important topics. Flyers can be found on the bulletin board by the 7/8 office. Use the link on the flyer to register for this event.


Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) Every Thursday morning at 7:50. We will meet in the middle school band room. This is for EVERYONE, not just athletes. We will fellowship together and do devotionals.


Yearbook: Yearbooks are on sale now. It’s bigger! It’s better! And you’re in it! The online ordering window is now closed, but there are still a few books left to grab. Stop by Mrs. Bucher’s room today to reserve your book.

Academic Teams: The next practice is March 25th from 3:30-5:30.

STEM:

MATH TUTORING:   If you need help with ANY math questions or homework you can stay after school from 3:30-4:30.  You will need a ride home at 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday - Mrs. Davidson - room 9 - 7th/8th grade building

DAILY REMINDERS

  • Please make sure you are walking in the halls, using your inside voices, keeping your hands to yourself, and being kind.  Keep our halls clear of backpacks and books.

  • No charging in the cafeteria.

  • If you are absent, it is your responsibility to get the work you missed completed and turned in to your teacher.

  • No cell Phones/headphones from 8:20-3:25 p.m.


On This Day in History:   Future President Andrew Jackson is born in a backwoods region between North and South Carolina to Irish immigrant parents on this day in 1767. Jackson was essentially an orphan—all but one member of his family were killed during the Revolutionary War–who rose from humble beginnings to become a celebrated soldier and one of the nation’s most influential presidents.
